We’re seeking a high-impact Capture Manager to lead our growth efforts across the U.S. Army and Special Operations Command (SOCOM) portfolios. You’ll own the entire capture lifecycle, from opportunity discovery to pursuit strategy to deal closure, and serve as the connective tissue across sales, programs, and mission ops to ensure mission-aligned growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive pipeline growth and capture strategy across Army and SOCOM accounts
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and end users across SOCOM PEOs, PM shops, and operational units
Shape and qualify new SOCOM opportunities, including SBIR, OTA, and IDIQ pathways
Lead teaming, pricing, and strategy for proposals in collaboration with internal teams
Lead cross-functional orchestration across Mission Ops, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to execute capture strategy and advance opportunities
Coordinate exercises, demos, and field evaluations with Mission Ops, connecting program offices to end users to support capture strategy
Maintain situational awareness on budgets, timelines, threat matrices, and capability gaps
We’re Looking for Someone Who
5+ years experience in federal capture, sales, or BD with a focus on DoD or tactical communications
Strong understanding of Army and SOCOM acquisition pathways and operational structure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prior military or defense contractor experience preferred
