Role: Operations Generalist to build and run the internal engine of Consensus.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CEO/cofounders daily to run critical company operations such as recruiting, finance, HR, legal, and more.
• Be the in-person operator: at the office, hosting events, or supporting campus tours.
• Create order from chaos: identify operational bottlenecks, fix broken processes, and ship improvements quickly without waiting for permission.
• Use AI and automation aggressively to scale company operations without scaling headcount.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in startups, tech, finance, consulting, or other operationally intensive roles
• Obsessed with optimizing using AI: you use LLMs, agents, and automation tools to boost productivity in all aspects of your life.
• Track record of high-velocity delivery and ownership with minimal direction
• Interest in the product and mission: science, research, education

Compensation:

• $100-$150k cash
• Competitive Series A equity

Final offers are determined by multiple factors and may vary from the amounts listed above.
