Responsibilities

• Driving Pan India collection. Track and follow up on customer payment promises related to settlements.
• 5+ years’ experience in the B2B payment collections.
• Contact customers for payment through phone and email, adhering to collections strategy.
• Responsible for tracking and controlling delinquency – Bucket-wise and DPD-wise – and focusing on non-starters.
• Manage bad debt write-offs, including forecasting, approval, and reconciliation.
• Generate and analyze AR aging reports, TDS 26AS, prioritizing customer accounts based on collections strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align collections strategies with business goals.
• Develop and execute innovative collections strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
