WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Electrical architecture and design, product requirements, component selection, analysis, schematic capture, and documentation

  • Using Altium to design board layouts according to given requirements

  • Develop and generate work instruction packages for manufacturing and test of circuit card assemblies

  • Perform electrical evaluation and selection of instrumentation (temperature, pressure, position, etc.)

  • Review test data and recommend changes to products and processes

  • Assist in growing the team by interviewing potential candidates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering; or other engineering degree

  • Experience with electrical hardware design, including schematic capture and PCB layout

  • Strong understanding of electric circuit design fundamentals and electrical engineering principles

  • Familiarity with basic electronic lab equipment, such as: power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, and soldering irons

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering; or other engineering degree

  • 2+ years of electrical hardware design experience, including schematic capture and PCB layout

  • Strong understanding of electric circuit design fundamentals and electrical engineering principles

  • Proficiency with basic electronic lab equipment, such as: power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, and soldering irons

  • Experience in creation of design verification test plans and test execution
