WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead verification and validation activities for complex electromechanical systems, ensuring compliance with ARP4754B and FAA regulations.
Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for system integration and qualification testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are traceable, testable, and meet safety standards.
Provide technical oversight for the development of verification strategies, including simulation, analysis, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Support certification activities by generating and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulatory bodies.
Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts for system anomalies during testing and certification processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BS or MS in ME/EE or equivalent industry experience.
5+ years of experience in verification and validation of complex electromechanical systems, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
Deep understanding of ARP4754B, DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, or other aviation industry standards and FAA certification processes.
Proficiency with tools for requirements management, system modeling, and test automation (e.g., Jama, MATLAB/Simulink).
