Project Field Officer

Looking for a hands-on Project Field Officer to anchor on-ground project execution, farmer adoption, and stakeholder coordination through strong field insights.

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Field Officer to drive the execution of government projects. You will be responsible for implementation covering sales, installation, and ensuring smooth project delivery while maintaining strong coordination on-ground. This role demands frequent travel as per project requirements, strong execution skills, and the ability to build trust with farmers

Reporting to: Project team lead
Experience:2 to 5 years

• Ensure smooth on-ground implementation of government projects including installation, service, and field operations.
  

• Conduct awareness meetings and demonstrations to generate farmer leads and drive sales conversions.
  

• Build strong relationships with farmers, provide continuous support, and ensure satisfaction through after-sales service.
  

• Act as a bridge between internal teams, government officials, and community stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
  

• Maintain accurate field records, track progress, and share timely reports and insights with the project team.
