What you will do

• Identify and visit potential villages
  

• Generate new leads
  

• Follow up with the existing and new leads to get bookings
  

• Developing the sales network within the given geographic area
  

• Maintaining the sales records
  

• Help cluster team expand to new districts
  

• Communicate effectively with sales managers and customers to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new customers
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably rural sales
  

• Willingness to live and work in rural India
  

• Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institute
  

Attitudes / Ambitions

• The cause of the company matters in addition to job function
  

• Passionate about bringing a revolution in the traditional agricultural systems and practices
