Manager- Finance & Accounts

We are seeking an experienced Manager- Finance & Accounts to oversee our accounting operations, monitor cash flow, and prepare accurate financial reports. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes through financial analysis and insights.

• Analyze financial performance and prepare regular management reports.
  

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, banking operations, payroll, and general ledger.
  

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  

• Develop and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

• Statutory compliances of TDS, GST, EPF, PT and GST
  

• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  

• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks governing FDI, including documentation and approval processes.
  

• Familiarity with grant accounting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with FASB Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 958-605
  

• Familiarity with US Tax filings such as Form 990, Char500 etc.
  

• Experience in consolidation of financials as per US-GAAP (US Parent entity + Indian wholly-owned Subsidiary entity)
  

• Coordinate with US auditors and manage audit processes.
  

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  

• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
  

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
  

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  

• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
  

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and CA with atleast 5 years post qualification experience.
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team
  

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  

• Working knowledge in Tally, Zoho books and Quick books
  

• Profound knowledge in accounting, taxation, and treasury management
