Head of Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive Kheyti's mission and growth journey in rural India. This pivotal role will be instrumental in designing and executing 360º rural marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage our farmers' segment. The successful candidate will also play a significant role in building Kheyti's brand presence targeting the government ecosystem, current and potential funders, and driving the employer branding strategy for Kheyti.

What you will do
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
2. Rural Marketing Strategy and Campaign Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the different rural markets across Kheyti operations in rural India.
3. Brand Management and Media Communications:
Champion the Kheyti brand, utilizing existing brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing collaterals and touchpoints.Build brand awareness in Govt & Funders ecosystem and Drive employer branding. Strategise & build PR for Kheyti
4. Growth Marketing
Design and manage the marketing lead conversion funnel, optimizing each stage – from top to bottom of the funnel – to drive maximum conversion rates and convert small farmers into sales-qualified leads.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Marketing efforts and initiatives.
Ideal persona
Qualifications
Master’s degree or PG diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in strategic marketing and branding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and in rural marketing.

Mission-driven - excited about making a difference in the lives of smallholder farmers in the age of climate change.
