What you will do

• Complete ownership of the entire Sales & operations of the region
  

• Implementation of Org Strategy in the region
  

• Leading and coaching sales, installation, and service teams
  

• Achieving business goals for the region like sales installation & Farmer Success
  

• Own the P&L by ensuring prices, CAC, Service & other costs are as per budget.
  

• Ensuring all the Farmer Success Metrics are achieved and get a 100% customer satisfaction rate & NPS Goal
  

• Collaborating with external partners to smooth execution of Indirect business
  

• Collaboration & Relationship cultivation with internal stakeholders
  

• Weekly review meeting with the team to check progress on success metrics, and take corrective action wherever required
  

• Timely reporting to the leadership team on progress and next steps
  

• Coach and develop team members to achieve their professional success
  

• Conflict resolution & Risk management
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• Bachelor in agriculture/rural development (Preferably MBA)
  

• 3 to 5 Years rural working experience
  

• 3+ years team management experience
  

Attitudes / Ambitions

• Mission driven - excited about making a difference in the lives of smallholder farmers in the age of climate change
