What you will do

• Preparing crop calendars ( based on season, Market demand, inputs availability, customer centric)
  

• Identifying production challenges, bridging the Gaps,
  

• Building and updating pest and disease management protocols, Crop POPs,
  

• Field coaching & Training field teams on crop management , yield & Income achievements, farmer success
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• B.sc Agri /Horticulture, M.sc Agri/ Horticulture
  

• 5 years of working experience in Vegetable/Horticultural cultivation,
  

• 2 years of experience in training , coaching field teams,
  

• Hands on experience on crop production technologies like Drip irrigation, protected cultivation
  

• Decent knowledge on plant protection, pest and disease management, Nutrient Management, GAP ( Good agricultural practices)
  

Attitudes / Ambitions

• Passionate about bringing a revolution in the traditional agricultural systems and practices.
  

• Eagerness to learn and explore more on Agronomy or Horticulture and contribute to the vision and mission of the company.
