What you will do

  • Manage and coach our front-end agronomy and installation staff to deliver amazing services

  • Make Kheyti’s first-time “customers” into long-term “clients” through timely customer service and trust building

  • Deliver the best customer experience to our farmers - live and breathe our value of “farmer-centricity”

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing farmers through field visits and remotely through our call center

  • Solve customer complaints effectively and quickly; coordinate well with other teams to ensure quick resolution

  • Get referrals from existing farmers and handover to the sales team to intensify in existing regions.

  • Build a recurring input and add-on sales business by selling to farmers

Ideal persona


  • At least 2 years in managing people

  • 3 Years of experience in rural areas preferably in customer facing roles

  • VERY strong communication skills

  • Willing to travel at least 15 days a month in rural india


  • Ability to be creative and think on their feet while dealing with farmers

  • Willingness to be on the ground along with the front-line staff

  • Mindset of servant leadership and wanting to invest time in coaching reportees
