What you will do

• Perform Monthly/quarterly Cluster GH installation planning.
  

• Perform material procurement planning.
  

• Perform adequate installation team arrangement.
  

• Perform timely transportation of material by ICs from warehouse to farmer place.
  

• Ensure timely QC & handover of GH by ICs.
  

• Plan Installation Project -right from placing orders, planning logistics and payments
  

• Maintain Relationship with GH Vendors
  

• Manage GH inventory across warehouses in multiple geographies to ensure fulfillment and to minimize stock loss
  

• Ensure process compliance by team members
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in industries of drip irrigation, solar equipment, EPC Companies or related field
  

• 3+ year experience in leading a team
  

• Willingness to live and work in rural India
