We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coach to join our team at Kheyti. The Sales Coach will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the skills of our sales team, driving performance improvement, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience of working in rural india with impact-driven organizations and managing field teams.

What you will do
Sales Training & Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive and continuous sales training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling and customer relationship management for new and existing sales team members
Individual Coaching: Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with managers and sales teams to address skill gaps, analyze performance, and formulate individual growth plans.
Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to tailor coaching strategies and resolve performance challenges
Sales Process Optimization: Work closely with the sales leadership to optimize sales process and workflow. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the sales pipeline.
1-2 years Experience in rural development or fellowship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel 20 days in a month
Initial 3 months will be working in Hyderabad
