We are seeking a talented and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to join our team. He/She will play a crucial role in Kheyti’s expansion in the assigned region by managing field sales teams with day-to-day operations and field coaching for achieving sales targets.

What you will do
Manage and coach our field sales team members to expand and reach more farmers who will benefit from protected cultivation
Plan and implement strategies with the support of farmer service and marketing functions to improve sales in the zone
Oversee day-to-day operations of the field sales teams including installation of greenhouses
Coordinate with Sales HQ and other support functions like HR, Accounts, and Data to ensure seamless operations
Build strong relationships with dealers, farmer collectives, NGOs, and government officials in the region for B2B sales.
At least 2 years in managing people
3 Years of experience in rural areas preferably in customer facing roles
VERY strong communication skills
Willing to travel at least 15 days a month in rural india
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to understand CRM systems (Zoho)

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, often resource-constrained environment, and the ability to wear multiple hats as needed.
Biased towards action and comfortable with learning from mistakes
Willingness to travel and work from rural India at least 10 days a month.
