Looking for dedicated, experienced person to drive sales in Kheyti farmer cluster

What you will do

• Generate leads and improve conversion rate
  

• Conduct sales pitch meetings and preparing presentations
  

• Help cluster team expand to new districts
  

• Identify potential customers to strengthen Kheyti’s sales capacity
  

• Target oriented and customer service focused
  

• Thinking on new strategies to improve the sales in the cluster
  

• Working closely with farmers in rural areas and show a active interest in providing the services
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sales, preferably rural sales
  

• Must have 1+ year experience in Agri sales
  

• Willingness to live and work in rural India
  

• Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institute

• The cause of the company matters in addition to job function
  

• Building teams is more exciting to you than being an individual “hero”
  

• You thrive when given extreme autonomy and in environments without hierarchy
