Looking for a passionate, young aspirant to hire high performing field staff in rural India at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for field staff recruitment in sales and service

  • Work closely with leadership team and cluster heads to get hiring requirements

  • Work with central HR team to create and maintain all necessary docs related to hiring and onboarding, including JDs

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

  • Create relationships with campuses for campus recruitment and internships

  • Screen candidates' resumes, perform pre-screening calls and coordinate all steps of hiring process with operations team

  • Provide periodic reports on hiring to leadership and operations managers

  • Use  Application Tracking System and HRIS like ZOHO to maintain hiring records, employee Database and records

Ideal persona


  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment

  • Any Bachelors or MBA with relevant experience in Human resources

  • Must have knowledge on Job boards like Naukri, Linkedin etc

  • Energetic even with high-volume hiring which has multiple positions focus at a time and requires field travel
