What you will do

• Maintain data integrity on Kheyti CRM platform - Zoho
  

• Ensure  staff at all levels are provided with necessary reports/dashboards to increase their effectiveness
  

• Conduct regular trainings for new and existing staff on functionality and effective usage of Zoho
  

• Assist in testing of new functionality implementation on Zoho
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• Any Degree/Diploma
  

• Proficient in Excel
  

• Experience on a CRM software such as Zoho will be added advantage
  

Attitudes / Ambitions

• The cause of the company matters in addition to  job function
  

• You look for learning in everything you do
  

• You enjoy work which has a broad structure but the independence to detail out the plan and execution yourself.
  

• You want to independently lead the MIS function for a mid-sized company in a few years
