What you will do

• Minimize risk of subsidy being availed by non-eligible farmer 
  

• Perform eligibility check of every individual farmer application for subsidy.
  

• Validate documents – Land ownership, ID, income & age
  

• Coordinate with regional field team for seeking more information/documents or in person verification of farmer
  

• Be whistleblower for the field staffs repeatedly providing false information or having more farmer rejection rate
  

• Perform document auditing, filed auditing and quality check
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in risk management
  

• 2+ year experience in leading a team  
  

• Willingness to live and work in rural India
  

Attitudes / Ambitions

• The cause of the company matters in addition to  job function
  

• You thrive when given extreme autonomy and in environments without hierarchy 
  

• You enjoy to work analyzing the risk factors in an medium sized company and get a noticeable change at the Organization level
