What you will do

• Identify  and visit potential villages
  

• Oversee all greenhouse installation activities, ensure installation is done as per specifications
  

• Coordinate with labor teams, ensure availability and proper allocation
  

• Ensure timely site preparation and arrangement of resources by farmers for installation
  

• Coordinate with local transporters for transportation of greenhouse units to site
  

• Developing the sales network within the given geographic area
  

• Maintaining the sales & installation records
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• Experience in field work in dealing with labor teams
  

• Willingness to live and work in rural India
  

• Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institute
  

Attitudes / Ambitions

• The cause of the company matters in addition to  job function
  

• Passionate about bringing a revolution in the traditional agricultural systems and practices
