The Opportunity
Looking for a passionate on field executive to be our on-ground market representative,building rapport with mandi stakeholders and capturing reliable vegetable price intelligence
Job Type: Contract-based (6 months)
Location: Sagar, Madhya Pradesh
Reporting to: Project Lead
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities
• Visit mandis and markets regularly to collect daily vegetable price data.
• Build strong relationships with traders,commission agents, wholesalers, and buyers.
• Validate prices and market movements through multiple ground sources.
• Track arrivals, demand trends, and buyer activity in local markets.
• Share timely market updates with the internal team for farmer advisories.
• Coordinate with farmers to assist them in selling their produce at better prices.

Must-Haves
● Graduate
● 2-4 years of experience in the F&V industry working closely with vegetable traders and vendors
Nice-to-Haves
● Prior experience with F&V players like bigbasket, nin-jacart, blinkit.
● Curious, observant, and reliable with data
● Ready for daily field movement and early market hours
Not a Fit
● Someone unwilling to travel or work on the field
● Lacks passion for innovation in agriculture or unwilling to adopt new technologies
