This role will involve being the project manager, working cross-functionally with Amper’s customer success department, sales team, and hardware team to coordinate the installation, setup, and deployment of Amper’s hardware/software. You will coordinate project plans, monitor implementation timelines, and proactively address any issues or concerns that arise during the implementation process.

What will you be doing?
Execute the implementation and onboarding of Amper’s customers as the initial point of contact post-sale.
Build customer relationships and provide customers with a high-touch, white-glove onboarding experience.
Serve as the project manager, who is responsible for internal planning, resource allocation, and task management.
Work cross-functionally with Hardware and Customer Success to get customers live as quickly as possible.
Meet regularly with new customers throughout the implementation process, via web meetings and on-site visits.
Manage and own implementation milestones, including sales handoffs, customer kickoffs, installation overviews, go-live, and customer success handoffs.
Present the path to a successful implementation based on the customers system requirements.

Identify areas of improvement and continuously refine implementation best practices and processes.

Here are the skills you'll need to be successful:
Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated history of implementing SaaS B2B products (2+ Years Experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers at various levels of an organization, from maintenance technicians to C-Level leaders.
Ability to challenge customers and engage C-Level executives to ensure a successful deployment.
A process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. You love attacking inefficiencies.
Disciplined time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects of varying complexity.
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
Ability to navigate with limited resources.

Experience using online meeting platforms Zoom, Google Meets and Microsoft Teams.
Here's why this might not be a fit for you:
You do not enjoy interacting with people. This is a customer-facing role that requires you to take customer calls and triage work with your internal team.
You have limited manufacturing knowledge. This job requires you to speak with manufacturers, to understand the lingo and to be able to intelligently advise on best practices of the industry. Although it is not required, lack of experience can be a major challenge.
You are unorganized, not a strong note-taker, or poor communicator.
You are easily stressed or not used to fast-paced work.
You prefer to be a siloed worker.

You're not a hands-on individual or motivated to get stuff done quickly - no task is too small or too large for this role. You may need to re-design presentations, build ROI models for a customer, or document boring (but essential to standardize) processes.
