About the Role
This role pays $300/ticket close + a $150 bonus if you close 3 tickets in a week. The average engineer in this role closes 3 per week, which would net you over $50K. We're also open to paying hourly/weekly if that's preferred.

Your chief responsibility will be writing code, working at all levels of the stack to deliver new features and solve for customer asks that evolve our existing workflows. You'll also be contributing heavily to bug fixing. You’ll build systems from the ground up, with vision for how these systems will serve future use cases and product growth and also undertake infrastructure heavy projects to scale our existing platform to meet the needs of our rapid growth.

About You
You love to write code, the craft of software development, and you are eager to learn. You are eager to dive deep into problems, go the extra mile, and understand systems from the ground up. You like to reason from first principles and apply the same effort into understanding why your code works as you do testing that your code works. You are excited about how you can use LLMs to code better and faster.
You have experience in Javascript and React
