AI Insurance is the platform that insurance companies use to run every part of their business. Before we showed up, they used spreadsheets and filing cabinets – wasting as much as 60% of revenue on administrative expenses. We’re doing what Salesforce did for SMB sales teams, but we’re tapping into the over 10,000 insurance companies that waste $238 Billion dollars annually.

Your chief responsibility will be writing code, working at all levels of the stack to deliver new features in our fast growing product.

About You
You’re wildly good at Javascript (we’re all React and Node.js) and you love to learn. You have experience developing reliable, complex software. You’re highly productive but take your craft seriously.
You’re confident you can help us cross this inflection point of explosive growth and improve the quality of our codebase simultaneously. You have the humility to know that for the team to scale, you’ll need to recruit engineers who are even better than you or have the potential to be. Finally, you’re excited about our mission to solve the entire insurance process.
We're called AI Insurance for a reason and are on the bleeding edge of applying AI to an engineering org. You're comfortable pushing Claude Code to it's limits and leaning into the changing idea of what software engineering is.
