About Lead App Factory Specialist

To achieve our vision we need to solve an ambitious engineering problem that has never been solved before. That's where you come in.

We are looking for a deeply technical and forward-thinking senior engineer to solve a problem that has been unsolved in the insurance industry and we believe is now feasible to solve. In order for AI Insurance to fully serve insurance companies, we need to create a custom admin portal for each company. Custom portals is a solved problem, but what is not solved is how to efficiently encode algorithms for pricing insurance premiums.

As the Lead App Factory Specialist, your job will be to:

• Design solutions to this problem using your expertise in theoretical computer science and experience designing similar systems.
• Test, build, and deploy your solutions through personal engineering contributions and effective delegation.
• Leverage leading edge AI tools to create a seamless onboarding experience for companies moving onto AI Insurance.
• As a specialist, your time is best leveraged solving hard technical problems not managing people or red tape. You need only to request and communicate any resources needed to solve the problem.

Ideal Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise on typescript, node.js, and React.js especially around state management.
• Experience building low-code / no-code platforms.
• Experience designing and deploying a domain-specific language.
